Pandera schemas for experimental data ingestion.

These schemas define the canonical formats for experimental inputs (e.g. RNA-seq TPM tables and sample manifests) used by the ParCa data integration layer. Validation at ingestion ensures consistent structure and enables like-for-like substitution of datasets (e.g. reference vs Ginkgo vs PNNL).
